Came in Zhangjiajie to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was chilled-out base for doing it. The staff was very supportive and took care of us. We spent 3 nights in brand-new a double room with a lovely selection at breakfast. The location right beside the theatre was comfy for us...

The hotel's location was nice and absolutely perfect next to the theater. Moreover, it's not far from restaurant as well as national forest and Baiden lake. Really helpful staff, they showed us sauna. Had a great breakfast with the bakery and also specially the bakery.

The breakfast buffet is a delight featuring international and local cuisine, and the lobby is spacious with bright decor, making guests feel welcome.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were incredibly friendly and spoke English fluently, making communication a breeze. They even surprised me with a complimentary cake for my birthday, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great selection of amenities in the bathroom. Every day, the room service kept everything spotless. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including an omelette station, which was particularly enjoyable for us Westerners.

The location of Crowne Plaza Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan, An Ihg was perfect for exploring the national forest. We enjoyed the short stroll to the main street with local restaurants and a supermarket. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a good rest on the comfortable beds. The staff was accommodating and made a refund when we had to shorten our stay. it was an enjoyable experience.
